CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAMME
As a part of the B.Ed curriculum, we the teacher trainees conducted a conscentization programme during the teaching practice in the school GHSS Pallimon.
We selected the topic "Alcoholic usage in adolescence period". We conducted the programme on 4th January 2017, Wednesday. The main objectives of the programme was;
* To give an awareness about the usage of alcohol in adolescent period.
* To find out the causes of increasing alcoholic usage among adolescent.
* To find out the effects of using alcohol.
The programme was started with the beautiful prayer song by the students. After that, The welcome speech was done by Blessy Oommachan of Mathematics option. And the introductory talk was done by Sinju Alex of Physical Science option. After the introductory talk, the talk about the topic was done by Rahul R of English option. After the talk, the chart presentation was done by Toncy Y Thomas of Physical Science option. After the presentation, the concluding speech was done by Aliya R of Mathematics option. After that the vote of thanks was done by Toncy Y Thomas of Physical Science option. The Programme was ended with the national Anthem.
